The project involves construction of three Court Houses, the Court of Appeal, the Court of Cassation and the Court of the First Instance, each comprising a Ground Floor, 7 Additional Floors and a Roof. It also includes a Detainee Building comprising a basement level, a ground floor and 4 additional floors
